Thank you so much for volunteering at OLMC! There are just a few things we need to get things rolling! Please follow the steps below and let me know if you have any questions!
- For the online training and to begin the background-check process go to https://diobr.safeenvironment.org/login/index.php . Click on the "Create New User Account" button under the "Is This Your First Time Here" section. Please contact Katie Hamilton to get the code.
a. For Primary Institution select St Francisville – Our Lady of Mt Carmel 3896.
b. Select the CORRECT role, i.e., for Church Volunteer, or Church Employee, not for a school volunteer, etc. - Please fill out the application attached and Return the completed application WITH an image of your driver's license or ID card (government issued) to info@felicianacatholic.org or drop off a hard copy at the church office.
- The training takes about 40 minutes to complete. There is a quiz at the end of the training that you may take as many times as needed. Once you complete the test satisfactorily, you will be issued a certificate that can be printed. The certificate will also automatically be sent to the Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
