It is my pleasure to welcome you to the website of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish in St. Francisville, LA and its mission church, Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Jackson, LA. We are located in the civil parishes of East and West Feliciana. We are a small but vibrant Catholic community that is continually growing in numbers and various ministries so as to fulfill the spiritual needs of our community and to build up the Body of Christ, the Church.
